Drainage/Stormwater Archived16 Curtis St Reading, Massachusetts - ReadingThere is a storm drain in the easement that runs between 16 Curtis St. Surges Rd. (In our backyard) that is completely clogged and not draining. Not sure if what is causing the clog but it look like compacted dirt and leaves.
