storm drain outfall needs to be cleared so water can disperse properly. We have whitecaps in the cul-de-sac in front of our building. This is a re-occurring event.

The cul-de-sac in front of Harbour Gate continues to flood during rain events, which is possibly related to the storm drain needing to be cleaned and/or the outfall on the beach needing to be cleaned out. Please address as soon as possible.

The city has received several reports on drainage problems associated with the storm drain to the west of Harbour Gate Condominium. Heavy rains cause severe water back up into the culdesac in front of the building and water has been high enough to reach the bottom of the stairways. The Board of Directors are inquiring as to whether this problem has been corrected and who who contact if it has not and there are problems during the anticipated hurricane. 481-7997 Debra Hadley, Association Manager
