The cul-de-sac in front of Harbour Gate continues to flood during rain events, which is possibly related to the storm drain needing to be cleaned and/or the outfall on the beach needing to be cleaned out. Please address as soon as possible.

Heavy rains cause severe water back up into the culdesac in front of the building and water has been high enough to reach the bottom of the stairways.
