UU. - Greater HeightsI believe following a prior complaint several weeks ago the city or county asked the owner to remove the landfill he placed in the ditch blocking the drainage on our street. He removed quite a bit of it, but the remaining dirt is still a foot high in the ditch above where it was and where it needs to be to permit the free drainage of stormwater.

In the last day or two, I returned home to discover that the resident at this relatively new home has trenched one part of the drainage ditch on his property and completely blocked and filled in another downstream which will cause water to pour across the street and into my property. It is a clear violation and needs to be removed.

UU. - Greater HeightsThis property, which I believe is affiliated with USA auto brokers several lots to the east, is consistently storing vehicles on public right-of-way along 17th St. This particular car without an engine is obviously disabled and has been parked here for a couple of weeks. Can someone who is very knowledgeable about city ordinances in this area please visit and correct any errant behavior you find? We are trying hard to improve our neighborhood. This behavior is counter to that.
