    The noise appears to be coming from The Chapel, located in the Mission District, at 777 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110.

    The noise comes from loud, disruptive music being played from inside the bar around late hours of the night.

    Other characteristics include:
    The bar leaves its doors open which lets the sound escape out onto the street. This disrupts residents living in the area who need to be sleeping at certain hours.

    I measured the noise at 11:10 pm, on April 3rd, adjacent to the location, using the SPLnFFT Noise Meter. The noise level was a one minute average of 72 dB A.

    Please refer this request to the Department of Public Health and the Police Department, who I understand to be responsible for these types of noise sources.

    The bar leaves its doors open which lets the sound escape out onto the street. This disrupts residents living in the area who need to be sleeping at certain hours. People gathered outside on the sidewalk are loud while they wait to check into the bar.

    I measured the noise at 11:25 pm, on April 3rd, adjacent to the location, using the SPLnFFT Noise Meter. The noise level was a one minute average of 80 dB A with a maximum of 85 dB A.

    Please refer this request to the Department of Public Health and the Police Department, who I understand to be responsible for these types of noise sources.

    The noise appears to be coming from Amnesia, located in the Mission District, at 853 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110.

    The noise comes from loud, disruptive music being played from inside the bar around late hours of the night.

    Other characteristics include:
    The bar leaves its doors open which lets the sound escape out onto the street. This disrupts residents living in the area who need to be sleeping at certain hours. Also, an open-top party bus parked in front of the bar was blaring music from its sound system. People gathered in and around the bus contributed greatly to the noise level as well.

    I measured the noise at 11 pm, on April 3rd, adjacent to the location, using the SPLnFFT Noise Meter. The noise level was a one minute average of 81 dB A with a maximum of 92 dB A.
