This is a busy intersection with 4 lanes of traffic and a turning lane. A few months back this light has been switched to a flashing yellow traveling on Crytes and a flashing red traveling on St. Joe at 10pm. I travel this road every weekday at this time and it's only a matter of time before an accident occures. Its still too busy at 10pm for this not to be a working signal. Its off the highway for gas stations and also a main road for the industrial businesses in the area that have shift changes about that time or shortly after. Please turn this signal back into a working traffic light. I hate to see this in the enter months when that intersection is iced over and people are trying to rush thru....it's a problem waiting to happen. Never should have been changed to a flashing light. Poor decision by mdot
