Stop sign has fallen off the pole at the SE corner of Kirby Ave and English Oak Dr. Sign is there and upright laying against the pole, so it is visible.

Pedestrian walk signal request button doesn't work or at least doesn't light up when pressed. SW corner Main and Neil.

Street sign run over

Street sign run over and broken at post. Sign laying in the street.

Big gap between gutter and street. About 2 inches deep.

Pavement failure.

Large pothole. Kirby eastbound lanes just west of Crescent Drive.

Citizen using a handicapped parking place in front of the Champaign city building pointed out this sign. Said it was confusing and inaccurate with a double arrows on it. Sign not located adjacent to or between handicap spaces.

A citizen just reported to me (Jeff Hamilton, Communications Manager) that a parking meter at the approximate location noted on the map is misprogrammed. She reported the label says parking is 75 cents per hour, but that she had to put $1.00 in to get an hour on that meter. She did not know the meter number, but gave a pretty accurate location I feel is captured on the map.

Looks like a car smashed into and broke this pole.
