Busted sidewalk dangerous for public and myself as I am disabled thank you

another yr has passed and here we go again dirt bikes coming from 94 willow st gather every dry day at 1pm myself and my neighbors call the police stops for 15 min then starts again going on 5 yrs riding up and down willow st doing wheelies cops don't do a thing wrote the mayor .. nothing caint open windows because the roring of bikes 15 16 yr olds menicing the naborhood littering throwing all there trash at the church on the corner of willow and bullock st maybe when someone dies maybe they will do something well I guess I know why this city is going to @#$% we try to keep our naborhoods cleen and safe but the police refuse to help again COMING FROM 94 WILLOW ST

gang of kids about 10 riding dirt bikes up and down the street reving there bikes going thru stop signs disrupting traffic and littering, I reported this about 3 weeks ago but it has started up again for the last 3 days. this has been going on every spring and summer for the last 3 yrs police come by and when there gone it starts back up, are we waiting for 1 of these kids to get killed its all fun and games till some one dies hope you can find a perment solution to this problem. thank you. again its 94 bullock st

every day starting at 1pm and till 8-9 pm a group of teenagers about 3 tru 5 ride there dirt bikes up and down the street this has been going on for 3 yrs. my neghbors and I have called the police at least a dozen times each to no avail the police say they caint chase kids on bikes, yet these so called kids ride with out a license or insurance they go thru stop signs and the noise is ubelivable. every time the police do come they hide in there back yard at 94 willow till the police have gone.PLEASEdont wait till someone is dead to resolve this problem. my son passed due to a bike so id know what I'm talking about and the police do not have to chase them as I gave you the address .thank you for any help.
