I have several neighbors that have been burning leaves regularly. It visibly smokes out the neighborhood and stinks up my house so bad our cloths smell and we have to close our windows. I think mailing out flyers or putting up signs to notify residents that there is a city ordinance that prohibits burning leaves would be a good way to help. I would also ask that city police notify residents if they observe burning if more urgent matters do not arise.
