The asphalt street surrounding the sewer in crumbling.

There are several potholes in this block. Vehicle must drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid these annoying holes.

This is the fourth time that I have reported this missing man cover. The first time I reported this incident to the Water Department. This is my third time reporting this incident on SeeClickFix. After I made the first report, nothing happened for three weeks. After I made the second report, someone placed an orange cone near the plywood covered man hole. A week afterwards, a kid removed the cone. Last week, I told the children to stop bouncing on the plywood cover man hole because it is underneath the plywood. On Sunday (May 17, 2015), someone had removed the plywood and I took a picture. Please stop closing the case until a man cover is replaced. Black poor lives matter!!!!

This cover has been missing since last fall. I called the Water Department and nothing happened. Yesterday, someone partially uncovered the manhole and I covered it up. Children walk down Tyler to the bus stop on Ardmore.

I reported the missing man cover last year. Someone has placed plywood to cover the hole. I will upload a photo of the plywood covering the hole.
