    A water leak was repaired last week. They did a poor job of patching the road and now there is a pothole forming.

    There are other patches that are also not very good near this one but not as bad.

    The water along the curb is still there after months. Pothole at 4132 not filled by city crew who showed up. Barrel left by crew in that hole now flattened. Keeps ending up in my driveway.

    Pothole that has been patched a dozen times is back. Water has been sitting along this curb for weeks.

    The water continues to stay along curb. Gas lines, etc. have been marked for over a week but no one has done anything so the pothole reformed and is growing.

    Water has been along the curb and has not gone away for a few weeks even though there has been little to no precipitation. The amount of water is actually increasing slowly.
