914 Union St New York, NY 11215
Traffic gets constantly backed up along Union Street due to the very short street light on Union Street leading into Grand Army Plaza.
This traffic backup results in excessive honking from drivers who are stuck in the bottleneck. This really disrupts the peace of an otherwise peaceful and quiet neighborhood block
Tot Lot Argyle Road brooklyn, NY
The neighborhood Tot Lot is starting to fill up with adults unaccompanied by children, which is a violation of city law. Additionally, since more adults have been in the Tot Lot, an area reserved for toddlers, other small children and their caregivers, there has been a major uptick in cigarette butts, glass bottles, and trash thrown everywhere. This is creating a very unsafe environment for small children. The Tot Lot should be swept and locked at night, as it was previously.
First Ave. And Saint Marks St. New York, NY
@kenstanek received a ticket for not riding in the 1st Ave Bike Lane. These tickets have never held up in court and are part of a citywide crackdown on cycling in NYC. Police told Mr. Stanek they are specifically targeting bicycles.
415 Argyle Road Brooklyn, NY
Several times an hour, cars speed dangerously up Argyle Road from Dorchester, when they see a green light at Cortelyou. This street is populated by many families with children, and there is a tot lot on the corner of Coretlyou and Argyle. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt or worse. This street needs a speed patrol and better street signage.

This building consistently emits black noxious smelling smoke from its chimney. It has increased in frequency over the past few months, and blows into the windows of neighboring buildings. It smells very bad and is a nuisance, making it necessary to keep windows closed. It occurs throughout the day and has begun to happen at night.
16 Morningside Ave new York, NY
Today beginning at around 6 PM, a group of a dozen or so older adolescents began riding motor bikes up and down Morningside Avenue between 123rd Street and 116th Street. They did not wear helmets, they had no license plates. They rode at very, very high speeds, did "wheelies," and one of them rode on the sidewalk at several points. They disturbed everyone around with their noise and prevented people from enjoying the park. The police were not in evidence for reasons that I do not understand. This went on for around forty-five minutes.

2281 Church Avenue
Excessively loud music can be heard from this nightclub / catering hall, Fridays and Saturday nights. The music has tremendous bass that shakes the window frames, and can be felt from the street. The Noise usually lasts well past 5:00am. Calls to 311 to request that the police remedy the situation have gone unheeded.
Vaquita Cheese Factory - 1307 Foster Avenue Brooklyn, NY
From one street away, I hear children (crying from the apartments above) awakened by the very loud truck deliveries going in and out of this cheese factory (metal clanging ramps, handtrucks, barrels etc.), which happen anytime from 4-6am.
1) Also, I cannot find any official records of appropriate safety measures taken, in the construction of this factory (for the various production and processing machines that are running here throughout the night).
Amongst other concerns, the buildings boilers have not been approved by the DOB.
2) This business is a Cheese Factory masquerading as a storefront in a residential/commercial area ie. not an Industrial Zoned (factory) area.
I believe the business may be calling itself retail/storefront, but there is no storefront, cash register or display cases/fridges. If you go in with the 'exact' change they will cut off a piece of cheese for you(?).
3) Deliveries of materials for mass cheese production are between 4-6am, again, in a Residentially Zoned Area—above the Cheese Factory are 3 floors of apartments, housing various non-american immigrants who may be afraid to complain.
90 Morningside Avenue New York, NY 10027, USA
The ice cream truck blares its jingle non-stop for hours on end, including when it is parked.
This is illegal and should be stopped. No other business blares its advertisements over the neighborhood!
The truck's information:
License plate: 82921 JZ / New York
Call 311 next time he's out there for hours!
