The green yard waste bin, full of the black bags, is still on the sidewalk on the West side of 37th Street.
How can City of Oakland Public Works claim to have twice addressed the issue when it clearly has not been? Are they driving by and assuming it fixed because the black bags are gone? Do they not see the green bin? Do I need to open a new issue for the green bin?

This issue was not fixed!
Someone simply put the bags inside the green bin. The green bin, now full of trash, is still blocking the sidewalk.
