No luck with OPD's non-emergency line? I called them about a loud party after 2am on a weeknight. No response so I ended up going over and telling them to crank it down. Not that I recommend that, but I was going nuts.

No luck. Still going on. I can tell asking them to keep it down won't do a thing. Someone turned the music down at 1230 and they booed them.

Officer showed at 537a, but I slept through the follow-up call. The party PA system went off at 145a, and party goers lingered until later. It's pretty awful when it takes 5 and a half hours to get an officer out.

Yep. I got the recording and was on hold on the emergency line for over 4 minutes last year while a guy was trying to kick in my car window, so I can't say I'm surprised.
