Description
there is a dumpster that has been parked on Wabasha just north of 4th Street for probably going on a year. With the snow and ice now it intrudes on the closest lane of traffic. It does not appear that anyone is using the dumpster or that it has been moved or emptied recently.

They have a valid permit for this dumpster and have for nearly a year; for work on the Lowry Building. This information is available online under the address 345 Wabasha St N.
