Description

The red curb on Webster at 12th on the NW corner only extends less than 2 feet from the crosswalk. When vehicles are parked at the last spot on Webster, they block the view of right-turning vehicles and create a pedestrian hazard for pedestrians crossing 12th street at Webster on the west side. As recommended in the MUTCD, 2009 Edition Part 3 Figure 3B-21, the no parking zone should extend 30 feet from the approach to the signal.
