People are walking across the Pkwy and causing unsafe situations. This morning, a gentleman was crossing the Pkwy and was nearly hit by a driver in the left lane. To avoid hitting the gentleman, the left lane driver came over into the right lane where I was. These folks are going to be injured/killed, and/or cause an accident...
