Description

Multiple times a day people speed, drag race, rev engines and leave skid marks on J Ave between 30th and 24th. It is loud, smelly, and dangerous as they run stop signs and drive far above the speed limit. Please install speed bumps and have police patrol the neighborhood before a pedestrian gets run over.
