You asked in the previous report which you closed and archived why I didn't say thanks...I clicked on that thinking I would have a chance to comment. The truth is, you didn't do anything until today. My neighbor fixed the garbage can lid. Today a replacement garbage can was left with a message from Mayor Reichert. While I appreciate the thought, I don't need another cart now that my neighbor fixed the one I had that you did not repair. I made the request a number of weeks ago. Why do you close a request when it has not been fulfilled? Today I received a new cart...again I appreciate the thought, however, not only do I not need it, it is filthy dirty on the outside and inside and there is even a pile of garbage stuck in the bottom of the can. Please pick up this can and give it to someone else. Please pick it up tomorrow March 12 so that I am not violating an ordinance by having it out. I will tape the letter back onto it.
