Hear! Hear! Pacific Avenue is an embarrassment to Virginia Beach. You mill and pave streets that are in far better condition than Pacific Avenue. You should have been working on it during the winter before the crowds come. Six or ten blocks at a time would be better than nothing at all. Even doing one lane from 31st to 17th at a time would be a major improvement.
Thank you for using VB Works to report a concern to the City of Virginia Beach. Your service request has been forwarded to Public Works/Operations for investigation. For more information or a status update on your request, you can contact them directly at 757-385-1470. City staff is currently evaluating streets for the FY22 Paving plan which starts July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 and surrounding streets will be evaluated along with all City streets for inclusion on the FY22 Paving plan.
