Description

Large potholes, deep cracks and broken places at 682 -34th Street,
Oakland... and street damage (large cracks) at this location, going up to
772 34th Street (between Martin Luther King Jr. Way and West Street). Condition causes damage to vehicles that
drop into the openings in the pavement/gravel there.
Please fix as soon as possible. These damaged
areas causes traffic accidents as vehicles swerve from oncoming traffic
in effort to avoid potholes and broken
sections of street. Photo does not include large potholes several yards away--on same block of 34th Street--by intersecting West Street in Oakland. Condition has persisted for over a year.
