Description

Wondering why this traffic signal prioritizes Albright Dr over Lynnhaven. Every time a vehicle pulls up on Albright Dr the light quickly changes to red for Lynnhaven, then stays red too long....Lynnhaven should have priority as it is a major thoroughfare.
Please adjust so Lynnhaven doesn't back up with traffic, which is what is happening now.
