storm drain/pipe in lake that runs to larger lake on Weller Blvd is clogged in over 2 months when the first ticket was put in for the issue. The lake is now flowing onto the walk way and needs to be unclogged to allow the water to properly flow. Please address immediately, so properties will not be flooded with water. Third request for this to be addressed. Thank you!
