Description

Taylor-Cowart Memorial Park is a very popular park but there is very little parking available. Only 6-7 spaces for parallel parking is nowhere near enough. Additionally, Habersham and Bemiss are very busy roads with lots of traffic often traveling at high rates of speed. Please consider making Habersham one way or at least putting in speed bumps, etc. to slow traffic.
