Just don't like it , Cops aspiring and so willing to be strong arm goons for out of state and at times out of country property owners, millionaires who want rent proceeds in FULL, evictions they feel chip away at their profits..They demand alternative ways to evict someone - Lose someone , incarceration anything.
I hear this over the cell phone or walkie talkie to Property management drones - " The Word for the Month is Accountability !!"ACCOUNTABILITY ....Next Month the tone is meaner - " Why Are You Not Attacking " ! Why are you not attacking !! geesh ..
But then it's " ONSLAUGHT , ONSLAUGHT on the undesirables.
Sounds exactly like the dock bosses and NY trucking outfits , even that Trumbull furniture foreigner.
The Management Pros shake and quiver in fear unbelievable.

More like Dogs whose time is up at the kennel.
HEAR the NY accents over the scanner...Long way to go for a low paying, underpaid by the cash starved municipality - So the papers say - No raises in years etc...
