This has been reported repeatedly w/o results. The trash on my property and along the fence comes from 362 + 352 Sheridan Ave. 352 was offered free panels to properly install for trash, wouldn't do it. 362 provides 1 trashcan for multiple apts. The trash is constantly over the street, but the Slumlords want do anything. I would like for someone to take action before you attempt to charge a property owner that has been stalled at every avenue by Planning to put a new house on the site. I refuse to p/u food leftovers, diapers and prostitute leftovers. The City is responsible to enforce live quality not charge someone that's trying to revitalize a depressed area with nothing but obstacles thrown in the way by City Departments.
