This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.

If the "Bulk & Brush" Dept. does not service this area then please forward the item to the appropriate person and/or department within the City prior to closing the ticket. So many times with SeeClickFix, it seems that the City employees tasked with addressing issues are more interested in getting the item 'off their plate' and closing the work order ticket rather than addressing the issue. Please address the issue or confirm that it has been completed or passed to and accepted by another department or agency within the City.

From the photo (without looking at the GPS location on the SeeClickFix report), it seems obvious that this piece of furniture is located just east of the Riverside on the James Power Plant and Condo buildings and south of the flood wall at the parking lot for the Reynolds North site. I would assume that it is just downhill of the pedestrian opening in the middle of the wall which runs along the southern edge of the parking lot between the Vistas and Riverside on the James properties.
