  The owner of property at the time of the original complaint has since sold the property. The new property owner is working out an arrangement with the previous owner on compensation for the issue and they have been in contact with the Planning Department on the permitting process for the fence.

  The property owner has been working with the Planning Department. The owner was missing a document or was not showing a measurement on their last set of plans which Planning was requesting correction or resubmittal on.

  They have submitted their application for a Minor Use Permit. My division has no further connection to this process. Please contact the Planning Department at dutyplanner@walnut-creek.org for an update.

  Thank you for your comment. This issue is handled by the Planning Department. My Division's role is solely to put the property owner into contact with the appropriate department & their staff. If Planning is having issues with moving their process along, they may request our assistance. Planning, to date, has not requested our further assistance on this matter.
