Description
The developer at 1832 Sunnyvale Ave has just put a fence along the property line in the front yard well over the 3 feet height permitted. If the owner wants a 6-foot fence like this, it should respect the front yard setback requirements. Otherwise, the height of the fence should be reduced to 3 feet.
If the developer claims this is a corner lot (a stretch since the street address is on Sunnyvale Ave), there still should be some setback to the fence. As it is, it is an eyesore and a blight on the neighborhood.
