None of the street lights are going to be extended as to timing because ALL of them have been shortened; just like the parking meters only giving you 8 minutes for a quarter. It's not your imagination poeple, this is reality to get your money. If you go through a yellow light & it quickly turns red, you get a traffic citation; if you park longer than 8 minutes off of 1 quarter, you can bet that "meter monk" is not far behind you to ticket your car.
