@Anonymous. Here's how this is going to go down:
1. The City will quickly acknowledge your complaint (done).
2. Then another citizen will post a complaint about same issue (actually this problem on Thompson has already been reported several times).
3. Next the City will re-post my comment with my personal email address (not sure why but it seems they don't have anything better to do).
4. Nothing will get done.
5. Then the cycle begins again.
6. Do-loop, rinse and repeat. Good luck!
