Description

This dog is chained in the early mornings, mid day and evenings so I assume 24x7. Clearly visible from the road. There doesn't appear to be proper bedding in the plastic dig house. There is also a wooden dig house in the back of the house but uncertain if there is a second chained dog.
I would like to ask for a Welfare Check at this specific address.
There are other houses on this same stretch of Columbus Rd with similar situations but tonight - this is the address and photo I was able to gather.
