  Thank you for reporting your request. We aim to resolve it as soon as possible. This area is currently being designed for reconstruction. As part of that project, we are completing a thorough hydraulic analysis (Flood Study) to determine what is necessary to reduce flooding.

  I am sorry about your previous reports of this issue, but the City was not using SeeClickFix before November.

  Thanks for the update. FYI, according to the website, the city WAS using SCF in the past. Maybe it was just before I posted or something, I don't know, but that's how I came to know about SCF back then and why I posted it back then... I believe they canceled the deal with SCF along the way...
