A. Pour Behavior bar is open while the rest of Houston is under a boil water and conserve energy and water order. All their lights are fully on, no way they can be boiling water for ice, food preparation, etc. They never fail to live up to their name, no consideration for anyone as long as their cash register is ringing up sales. The Health Dept should shut them down,
