Is it on private property? Is it reported to the city via telephone? Who are the owners of the car?

if you can get the person who owns the car to call City Hall, there are forms to fill out if they cannot afford to remove the tree. The paperwork has to be in today.

The car has been removed. The tree, however, still remains.

And why is there a "report an issue" on the city's website, if the city does not see this? I do not understand.
