Punishment for those who do actually clear the walks and for pedestrians, many of whom are elderly or have difficulty getting around. Absolutely no excuse. I seen this happen at around 3 am a few days after the last storm with numerous trucks on the street. But they can’t take the time to not blast sidewalks. I even bserved them burying a bus stop after they were already reported for making it a snowbank. They took the snowbank and further pushed it straight onto the sidewalk. The bus stop and bench were, not surprisingly, never cleared after the complaint. And as mentioned, then made worse. Just a total disregard for the people of Albany.

Unreal. With all of the cameras in the city they really need to be held accountable.
