Description

Driver of white VW (plate 7JGE102) speeds down the block (Harbord Dr. & Templar Place), likely well over the 30mph limit, as the car is very loud to all houses in the area. Some evenings this car will race down the street multiple times, as if joy riding. The noise is a nuisance and I fear for pedestrians, cyclists, etc. Car appears to be owned by resident at 60 Templar Place.
