This complex has discarded furniture at the curb frequently, well in advance of heavy junk waste day. The past week, it is two disgusting, discarded mattresses, furniture and household goods. One of the mattress is blocking the sidewalk. Why the city doesn't fine the owner and enforce city ordinances, I have no idea.
