There are two dogs tethered in the front yard.. on short tethers. The dog closest to the road has an igloo house but there is no bottom to the house and no straw or shavings. There is a barrel house fir the dog closest to the house but I cannot tell if there is shavings or straw. I would very much appreciate an officer performing a welfare check at this property. Thank You
