typical penndot, left turn arrows also needed at rt.41 and newark rd, rt.41 and penn green rd. and rt.7 entrance to somerset lake (southwood rd.) bad blind spot when turning into development. also why is there no turn lane into sunnydell rd. from north bound rt.41. kennett middle school parents, teachers etc. turning left on to sunnydell rd. are at high risk of rear end crashes there, have witnessed many near misses. penndot doesnt even have a warning sign "T" before intersection. I just dont get it. rt.41 the highway of death.
