Description

Thursday and Friday morning during rugs hour, the left turn queue from north Point onto university was extremely long and the left turn arrow was very short. It seems that the programming of the signal reverted went back to an earlier and less effective timing

For the last month at 4:00- 5:00pm the left turn signal on Eastbound North Point Blvd Left Turn signal on to north bound University Pkway has not been giving enough time to allow all of the traffic in the Lft turn lanes to clear. North Point is getting backed up to North Point Chrysler dealership on some days.
