Description

The issue is not at 634 Lincoln Park East but on the walkway behind it that parallels the river. There is a tree that has fallen and is leaning/wedged into part of another tree, basically forming a triangle with the ground. If the still standing tree gives way, the dead fallen one will crash to the ground.
