No streetlight pole was able to located at the location indicated on you reported issue. Please provide the pole number (metal tag located on the street light pole) to ensure the correct light is reported for repair. The metal tag consists of 2 sets of numbers, the first set started with the letter N followed by 2 numbers and the second set will be 2 letters followed by 2 numbers. You may also call Public Works Operations Customer Service at 757-385-1470.

I sent a picture of the metal plate on pole. Could only see 1 plate looks to me that it reads FL25. But there definitely is a pole there. you cannot miss it

We have 3 streetlights showing in our system N1014FL2500, N0815FL2500 and N1019FL2500. The information that has been given to us; we are unable to locate which pole needs repair. Please contact Dominion Energy 1.888.667.3000 for assistance. This SeeClickFix is closed because not enough pole information was given, and this will need to be handled by Dominion Energy.
