Description

37 Ivy Hill Drive Smithtown. My property is in the court towards the
end of the street. The court is in terrible shape and is actually
crumbling apart. You can literally just lift chunks out of the road.
In 2009 there was also a water main break directly in front of my house
which did not help the poor road conditions. Furthermore, there is a
school bus stop at same location where children enter and exit bus.
Some children have already tripped over the rough terrain created by the
road's deterioration. Where
the road was patched due to the water main break is already starting to
come apart. Could you please have someone take a look at the road and
notify me if any thing can or can not be done.
