Description

Hillside dirt has encroached on several FEET of Balsam Way in a number of places on this dead-end street It is more than residents can remove with shovels and is obstructing and clogging the storm drains, creating a flooding situation downhill in the rain

Please scrape and remove the material that has reduced the street width
