Description

There is a tremendous amount of rainwater that is bypassing the new retention pond at the Rose Garden - there doesn't appear to be any inlets in the curb and gutter connected to the new pond and all that water is flooding the center of the park - it's a mess. Was it intentional that the paved area not drain through the new pond?
