Description
The trash issue that I had called in last week behind the London Apartments is in the process of regenerating. They had cleaned it up the day that your code enforcement stopped by and it is now starting to pile up again.

You will likely have to look over a wall or fence int the wooded area between the tennis court and Ashford Park Apartments which are next door. The trash would appear to be getting thrown over the fence into the woods and then siding on down the hill towards the storm drainage area (separate ClickFix open for the dam being jammed in the same wooded area as the trash). Easiest access to the actual trash 'may' be to enter the wooded area FROM Ashford Park right next to the Bark Park and then walk down the grade and in the general direction of the tennis courts rather than trying to access from The London's property.

The maintenance staff has the trash bags and will be going through it to find the mane of the violator
they will then turn that name over to code enforcement.
