This watermain breaks every winter. repair was prompt last night. but it seems the crew forgot to flush the main by opening the firehydrant after patching the hole in the watermain. the main is full of muddy water that is coming into houses. the mud is settling in peoples' hot water heaters, furnaces toilet tanks toilet bowls and waterpipes and waterfilters icemakers radiators and toilet bowls.. the City should come to clean mud out of people tanks and appliances.
