There appears to be a faulty water pipe at 5423 Queensloch Dr. Water has been gushing down the driveway and out into the curb drain for well over a week.

A. As mentioned above, there appears to be some sort of faulty water pipe at 5423 Queensloch Dr. that is allowing water to gush out of the northeast corner of the yard. Water is gushing down the driveway and out into the street into the curb drain. Someone from the city came by on Monday and placed flags at the site, but no one has been back by, and nothing done to it since. Please advise. This problem has been ignored for quite a while. Thank you for all of your help.
