Description

A city sander just backed up only halfway up Hemlock Rd. skipping the road in front of several houses. The truck was a 1 ton dump that can easily go forwards around the circle on the road getting the road in front of all houses. In the future can the plows and sanders please come in to Hemlock Rd going forward so that the the whole road gets plowed and treated. thanks
