RED signal for West Alabama traffic is too long at Post Oak. Decrease GREEN for Post Oak traffic

Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The GREEN for Post Oak vehicle traffic (regardless of the new Rapidbus transit down middle) is way too long. West Alabama gets way more traffic and yet it is RED for far too long, causes traffic to backup into Galleria Mall and offices on West Alabama. Please decrease the GREEN duration of Post Oak so that W Alabama traffic can move more frequently. :) This happens ALL times of day, not just rush hour.
