Description

Between Trees with tags 998 & 999 on the parkland between Park Presidio Blvd and the 100 Block of Funston Avenue, garbage was dumped. It has now become a bed for the homeless as well, with broken tree limbs used to try and hid things. A human - not an animal - has defecated twice in the area of the walking path. Can we get this cleaned up, please
